1. Service Agreement

Nisabetu provides employment law and Shariah law advisory services in Malaysia. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and our professional obligations.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per engagement and invoiced upon service delivery. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

3. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and protected under attorney-client privilege and applicable Malaysian privacy laws. We comply with PDPA standards for data handling.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nisabetu's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our advice.

5. Professional Standards

Our services adhere to Malaysian Bar Council standards and Shariah principles. We maintain professional indemnity insurance.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act, 2005. Jurisdiction: Kuala Lumpur.
